John Gerdelman, Chairman
John Gerdelman was named Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intelliden in April 2000. John is a technology and telecommunications industry veteran, bringing with him 30 years of experience. As Chairman, he drives customer relationships, provides strategic business insights and identifies emerging product opportunities. Previously John served as the President of MCI's award-winning network and information technology division. He also served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aviator after graduating with a BS degree in chemistry from the College of William and Mary.

Alan Black is responsible for Intelliden's worldwide strategic direction and market share growth. Alan is a highly accomplished international business executive with over 20 years of successful experience in building and managing large global technology companies. He was most recently managing director of Openwave Systems Inc.'s European, Middle Eastern and African operations. Previously, he served as Openwave Systems Inc.'s senior vice president and chief financial officer during the company's Initial and Secondary Public Offerings and completed financing transactions exceeding $1 billion. He also has extensive business development experience working with business partners, customers, and investors in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Alan graduated from McGill University with a bachelor of commerce degree. He also has a graduate diploma from McGill University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.


<a name="robert"></a>Robert Gaffney Robert Gaffney, Chief Financial Officer
Robert Gaffney is Intelliden’s CFO and also focuses on the company's administrative matters in legal, HR, and IT.  He brings 18 years of financial and management experience to Intelliden. Robert previously served as vice president and corporate controller of Commerce One. In addition, he has held several senior finance and investment management positions and worked for companies such as Ameritech, Genentech, and Harris Investment Management. Robert holds a BS in accounting from the University of Colorado, an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.


<a name="tindal"></a>Glen Tindal Glen Tindal, Chief Technology Officer
Glen Tindal is the co-founder of Intelliden and responsible for driving the company's technology strategy. Prior to co-founding Intelliden, Mr. Tindal was responsible for all network and system architecture for MCI's internal data network. His work with MCI resulted in the development of the world's largest IP/SONET enterprise network. Glen graduated from Regis University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics.


<a name="nick"></a>Nick Abbott Nick Abbott, Vice President of Services & Support
Nick Abbott is responsible for customer advocacy, services and support at Intelliden. Nick helps to ensure customer success in achieving key business goals, with their use of Intelliden's solutions. An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Abbott built and led the customer support organization at Openwave for eight years, from early start-up to a billion dollar publicly traded company, which was ranked as 'best of class' by Openwave's customer base. Previously he held key executive and engineering positions at Peerlogic, Hitachi, Lockheed Missiles & Space and Unisys. Nick majored in economics and international relations at the University of Minnesota.


<a name="mckee"></a>Alan McKee Alan McKee, Vice President of Engineering
Alan McKee drives the product engineering efforts for Intelliden's award winning R-Series® software suite. Alan has more than twenty years of engineering experience. Prior to joining Intelliden, he led the Network Management software development within British Telecommunication's Belfast, Northern Ireland engineering centre. More recently, he was the director of software development for Nortel in Belfast, leading and managing the development of next-generation service management software for Nortel's Optical Portfolio. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science with 1st Class honors from the University of Belfast.


<a name="rahul"></a>Rahul Sachdev Rahul Sachdev, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development

Rahul Sachdev is responsible for Intelliden's product management, marketing and business development efforts.  Rahul brings over 17 years of international experience in technology strategy, marketing and software development.  Prior to joining Intelliden, he was the general manager of the Communications, Media and Energy industry vertical at Siebel Systems, Inc.  His leadership helped to create the largest industry vertical at Siebel with over 400 worldwide customers. Previously Rahul also held key positions at Accenture, Nynex Corporation and 3M.  Rahul graduated from the University of Chicago with an MBA and from Loughborough University (U.K.) with BSc in electrical & electronic engineering.


<a name="gary"></a>Gary Testa Gary Testa, Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Gary Testa is responsible for Intelliden's worldwide sales.  He brings over 18 years of domestic and international sales management experience, encompassing software and hardware sales across Enterprise, Service Provider, Cable, and Mobile markets.  Prior to joining Intelliden, Gary was SVP Worldwide Sales and Services at Ditech Networks, Inc. where he repositioned the company's sales efforts toward the IP markets and delivered revenue of $90M in 2007 with 40% YoY increase.  Previously, he held sales leadership positions at Aurora Networks, Gluon Networks, Quintessent, Harris Corporation and Sprint.  Gary graduated from University of California at Irvine with a bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature.
