Intelliden Announces Federal Subcontract Agreement with EDS for Army's ITA Program

--Companies Will Deliver Advanced Networking Solutions To Modernize Pentagon Network--

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Dec. 14, 2004 - Intelliden Corporation, the intelligent networking company, today announced it has a Federal subcontract agreement with EDS Government Solutions, a leading provider of federal information technology solutions. Under contract with EDS, the Intelliden R-Series® software suite will be installed and customized for the Army Information Technology Agency (ITA), making that network more intelligent, secure and efficient by dynamically responding to strategic priorities.

Intelliden brings unique value to EDS by being the only network automation vendor to deliver a model-based software solution that improves network security, reduces network errors, lowers meantime to repair, and reduces service activation timeframes. Intelliden's software solutions are deployed in large, heterogeneous government networks that include a wide range of current and legacy technologies and vendor equipment.
