Intelliden Corporation Demonstrates Industry Leadership at TeleManagement World

--Chief Strategy Officer John Strassner Slated for Presentations, Panel Participation--

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Oct. 28, 2002 - Intelliden Corporation, a leading provider of business-driven device management software, today announced that its Chief Strategy Officer John Strassner is scheduled to conduct several sessions during TeleManagement Forum’s TeleManagement World, Oct. 28 – 31, in Las Vegas.

An active TeleManagement Forum (TM Forum) member, Intelliden’s presentations focus on the continuing commitment the company has to addressing the network infrastructure issues facing today’s service providers, enterprises and government organizations. Currently, configuration of the vast number of routers and switches in a typical network is done by hand, a highly error-prone process that can take up to 45 percent of a network engineer’s time.

“There is a growing network infrastructure crisis that stems from the daily manual configuration of millions of network devices one at a time. Organizations like TeleManagement Forum provide the resources and brain trust necessary to start addressing challenges like this in meaningful ways,” said Dale Hecht, Intelliden president and CEO. “Intelliden is pleased to contribute to the research and dialogue associated with this prestigious group so that ultimately we can provide more effective solutions and greater value to our customers.”

Intelliden recently announced the early shipment of its Intelliden R-Series™ 2.0 software suite, which dynamically manages heterogeneous IP networks via a single Web-based interface and extensible API. The company’s solutions allow service providers, enterprises and government organizations to manage their networks more reliably and efficiently, lower their network costs and increase their network security. The Intelliden R-Series 2.0 effectively creates and executes mass changes to the network with full versioning, reporting and auditing.
