BT Ignite Licenses Intelliden's R-Series Software Suite For BT Transform
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., June 12, 2002 - BT Ignite, BT’s business services and solutions division, serving customers worldwide, and Intelliden Corporation, a leading provider of business driven device management software, today announced the licensing of the Intelliden R-Series software suite for integration into BT Ignite’s Internet Protocol (IP) based business platform called BT Transform.
BT Transform is a new information and communications technology business platform based on Internet Protocol (IP) technology that will enable UK businesses to access a broad portfolio of voice, data and video services and applications via a single, broadband network. BT Ignite Solution’s customers will be able to use BT Transform to “transform” their businesses simply and cost-effectively through rapidly deploying new business processes, applications and services.

Intelliden’s software suite enables a company’s business rules to drive the management and configuration of its network devices. The patent-pending Intelliden R-Series controls the process of how a device configuration is created, deployed and modified. Through its workflow management engine, it can determine the proper sequence of configuration tasks, define who can implement the task, what approvals must be given throughout the process, and establish a window of time during which the work should be performed.
