Intelliden Announces Tamara Steffens as Vice President of Worldwide Sales
--Senior Management Appointment to Spearhead Accelerated Sales Growth Phase --
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO- March 15, 2006 - Intelliden Corporation, the leading provider of standards-based network automation solutions, today announced the management appointment of Tamara Steffens as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. The strategic appointment further solidifies Intelliden's established position and commercial momentum as the global market leader of network automation solutions.
Ms. Steffens is an accomplished senior sales executive with more than 20 years of sales and management experience in the software, hardware and telecom industries. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at 724 Solutions. Under her leadership, the company grew revenues with mobile operators by 180 percent, grew quarter on quarter revenues by more than 20 percent, and established a worldwide indirect sales organization. Previously, she was Vice President of North American Sales at Openwave, where she consistently exceeded the company's sales quotas. Throughout her career, Ms. Steffens has held key sales and executive positions at Boingo Wireless, Software.com, Silicon Graphics and Sun Microsystems. She has a degree in Finance and Marketing from Michigan State University.
