Intelliden and immixTechnology Announce Strategic Partnership

--Companies Will Deliver Intelligent Networking Solutions To Government Agencies--

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., June 1, 2004 - Intelliden Corporation, the intelligent networking company, today announced a partnership with immixTechnology, Inc. a leading government consulting firm, to provide the Intelliden R-Series® software suite to the public sector including military, federal, state and local agencies. With the Intelliden R-Series software suite, networks became more intelligent, secure and efficient by dynamically responding to strategic priorities.

Working with immixTechnology, Inc., Intelliden is well positioned to quickly identify new opportunities and penetrate the government market more rapidly. immixTechnology is a subsidiary of the immixGroup, Inc., a government business consulting firm. Recently ranked number two on Washington Technology's 2003 Fast 50 list of the fastest-growing small businesses, immixGroup's revenue grew from $974,000 in 1998 to about $49.4 million in 2002, a growth rate of 166.8 percent. This partnership enables government agencies to easily license Intelliden's auditing, configuration, provisioning and security software to improve network optimization, lower their costs and protect their infrastructure.

"We are pleased to be partnering with Intelliden, the leading provider of intelligent networking solutions," said Art Richer, Vice President, immixTechnology. "Our government customers are demanding the kinds of highly secure, highly efficient and highly available IP networks that the Intelliden R-Series software suite helps create. By utilizing the embedded intelligence of the Intelliden R-Series, government agencies can enhance their productivity, improve security, automate network configurations and reduce costs."

Intelliden's software is available via a Web-based interface, or the industry's first open and extensible APIs which enable it to be embedded within other applications. These open APIs allow government agencies to share and reuse logical and physical network configuration, network security and service activation information. The Intelliden R-Series software provides seamless identification, analysis and resolution of systems and networking issues that can threaten the availability, security, provisioning and compliancy of strategic IP networks.

"Now more than ever government agencies must protect their IP network infrastructure," said Dale Hecht, Intelliden president and CEO. "When you consider that up to 80% of all network outages can be directly linked to errors in the device configuration process and that over 50% of all network security break-ins occur from manual device configuration, it's clear that an automated, intelligent networking solution is needed to close the existing security and efficiency gaps. We're confident that immixTechnology's market leadership, combined with Intelliden's software solutions, will help the government accelerate their strategic networking initiatives and automate their key network pain points."
