Intelliden Appoints Chuck Boynton Chief Financial Officer
--Enhancement to Management Team Continues Company Growth--
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., March 8, 2004 - Intelliden Corporation, the intelligent networking company, today named Chuck Boynton its chief financial officer. A seasoned executive with successful tenure at companies such as Commerce One, Inc., and Kraft Foods, Inc., Boynton brings to Intelliden extensive experience in corporate finance.
"I'm excited to join Intelliden," said Boynton. "What attracted me to the company was its compelling vision, strong team, Global 2000 customer base and the growing market opportunity for the Intelliden R-Series™ software. Boynton was most recently chief financial officer of San Francisco-based Commerce One, Inc., where he was responsible for the finance and human resource functions including accounting, financial planning, taxation, treasury services and investor relations. Prior to Commerce One, Boynton held a number of senior finance positions at Kraft Foods, Inc. Boynton earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana University and a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is a certified public accountant.
