Intelliden Corporation Raises $11 Million in Latest Financing Round
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., December 21, 2005 - Intelliden Incorporated, the leading provider of standards based network automation solutions, today announced that it has secured $11 million in financing. Matrix Partners led this round of financing with participation from existing investors 3i, Granite Global, TELUS Ventures and Westbury Partners.

Intelliden provides innovative network automation solutions for configuration, activation, security and compliance management of next generation networks," said Tim Barrows, General Partner at Matrix Partners. This latest round of investment is a testament to our faith in the significant market opportunity for Intelliden."
Intelliden will use this capital to support its customer growth and accelerate its leadership in providing network automation solutions. Intelliden recently announced the creation of a $5.5 million European research and development center in Northern Ireland. This location will provide Intelliden with a strong foothold for serving and supporting its European customers.
